Mission.
The goal of the Tallinn and Harju Youth Information and Counselling Centre is to support social development of the youth of Tallinn. To achieve this target, we support them finding career resources, making and implementing wise career decisions. Thereby we collaborate with school career guidance coordinators, parents, educational institutions, other counselling centres and organizations.
